WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS YOU REQUIRE FOR ARYA SAMAJ MANDIR MARRIAGE/MARRIAGE REGISTRATION

This is an extremely simplified process that takes up only 2-3 hours of your day. The requirements from your side incudes:

AGE PROOF

  • 10th class mark sheet/certificate
  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Birth certificate
  • Driving licence

  • 5*5 Passport sized photographs for both the applicants
  • During the ceremony, two witnesses are required with their ID proofs such as-Voter ID Card/ Passport/ Ration Card/ Driving License/ Bank Passbook/ Lease Deed/Rent Deed
  • For a divorcee to undergo Arya Samaj marriage, he/she has to provide copy of Decree of Divorce granted by the court.
  • For a widow/widower, Death Certificate of the Dead spouse is required at the time of marriage.
  • A complete affirmation is required to prove that the parties are not related to each other within prohibited degree of relationship as per “Hindu Marriage Act”.
